who we are

This website is run by Bigbox Media (company number 12630439). You can reach us at hey@bigbox.media or on 01872 248337.

what we collect

• Enquiries. If you email, call or message us, we keep the details you give us so we can reply and, if you become a client, work with you. The enquiry form on this site sends your message to our inbox by email through our web server. We don't store it in a database; it lives in our email, and we only use it to reply to you.
• Analytics (only if you say yes). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, and Leadfeeder to see which companies visit. If you decline, neither is loaded.
• Videos (only if you press play). Some pages have YouTube videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play, and then it comes from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com).
• Fonts. The site's typeface is delivered by Adobe Fonts, which means your browser requests it from Adobe's servers, and your IP address is visible to them as a result.

how we use it

To answer your questions, deliver our services, understand what's working on this site and improve it. We don't sell your data.

how long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they're useful to the conversation or our legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of those tools.

your choices

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the cookie settings link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hey@bigbox.media.

complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
